We use only very high quality sapropel, which is extracted and processed from the bottom of the unique Zherinskoye Lake.
Lake Zherinskoye is one of the largest lakes in Belarus, being the fifth largest in area. On its bottom there are sapropel deposits formed more than a million years ago with a volume of more than 30 million m³.

Chashniki Fertilizer Plant LLC uses, develops and implements technologies that allow producing environmentally friendly and innovative products from natural sapropel

Eco-friendly – ​​a completely natural product developed on the basis of innovative technologies of the Institute of Nature Management of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus and the Sapropel Center of the Russian Federation.

Our production complex consists of:

A universal, floating, multifunctional platform for sapropel extraction, equipped with:
  • GPS system;
  • high-performance HONDA GX 270 dredger with a capacity of 270 m³/hour with a water column pressure of up to 270 m.
Two production lines consisting of innovative installations that allow, through cavitation dispersion and homogenization, to produce three types of humic fertilizers and medical and cosmetic compositions SAPROVIT:
  • liquid; gel-like;
  • potassium humates (including for drip irrigation and hydroponics).
Two universal lines for packaging finished products in containers according to customer requirements (5, 10, 20, 40 liters), as well as in “Eurocubes” for wholesale sales.
